I always love adding another book to my beadmaking library.  Encase It! gives you numerous choices for success when it comes to encasing beads. As with all beadmaking techniques, the one that will work the best is the one you practice the most!
— Heather Trimlett

Love, love, love your books, they are fabulous!! :) I can hardly wait for the next one...lol! Keep em'coming :)
-- Debora Clark

I can hardly wait!  I have the other two books and have just ordered this one.  I am always looking up a problem, and you always have the solution.  Keep up the good work.  More books!
--Heather Simpson

I am looking forward to Encase It!.. I have pre-ordered it.
I really enjoy your other 2 works. I am new to flameworking and your books are so insightful and helpful to me.
--Manny Perez

I just spent a full day going through and back through the information. There is so much in here that it takes some time to process. I am always amazed be the thoroughness of Deanna's books and the clear way in which the processes are described. I have use encasing in my own work, but have really shied away from anything but a really thick encasing. I'd love to try a thinner white-core or opaque core style to get some of those different colors - I always ended up with a core bead that didn't stay straight - now I'll try it again (this time with better preparation)!
--Amy Holms

Another great book!  I can't wait for the next.  The photography and explanations are excellent, the best in the business.
--Deirdre Sauls

I received last week Deanna Griffin Dove's new book: ENCASE IT! A successor
to Just Plain Beads! and Dot, Dot, Dots!   I love it, it clearly sets out the different methods of encasing, how to do it, and how to prevent problems, i.e. air bubbles.
--Barbara Collins

What a delight I found waiting when we returned from our trip. "Encase It!" is undoubtedly your best book yet! There is an encyclopedia's amount of information in it, but it is compact and succinct. Your style of writing flows with description . . . such as a glass
temperature that gives you permission to make the next move, yet there is no distracting chatter.  I will read it again and again, surely improving my heat control, as I venture into more experimentation with encasing.
--Martha Fuerst

Encase It! is a true gift to all lampworkers - even those of us experienced enough to be able to encase most of the time. Now I understand why my encasing works when it does, have more ideas as to how to prevent unwanted scum and bubbles, and have a bigger repertoire of techniques to use for encasing. Now I understand how to make a thinner encasing. Now I can save lots of time by at least getting the basics about temperature control that I was only guessing at before. Thank you Deanna for the book I always knew I needed! With wonderful photos to illustrate the directions, Encase It! is written and put together in such a perfect way, that it is easy for me to follow the directions. I am eternally grateful. I look forward to being less and less afraid every time I decide to encase!
--Nina Dusedau

I now know what has been causing the lack of success in my encasing and am already putting into practice the methods outlined by you.  Instant success! Well, some minor bubbles perhaps. Also I was unsure what was causing the scum in some beads. My cleaning regime has  now been overhauled! Tonight I appreciated the comments you made about pressure - I expected the mandrel to collapse on me at any moment. But the end result was the best yet. So it is all uphill from now on.  So thank you for the book on Encasing - it really has allowed me to forge ahead.
--Ham Maxwell

Just wished you would have write this book 17 years ago. could have helped me going over all that frustrations...smile... good job! love it!
--Sonja Voss

So much information, very well written and illustrated, technical information for any grade of beadmaker from beginner to advance, congratulations.
--Jan Cahill

Wonderful book!  It is so exciting to see immediate improvement.  I'm recommending this book to every beadmaker.  The information is priceless.  If I were to put a price on it--I compare the $25 value to at least three workshops tuition.
--Donna Langley

Extraordinary photos and super clear writing.  Great work Deanna!
--Naomi Richards

I received the package of the book this past week.  I am thrilled to be included.  Your book is an absolutely amazing treasure trove of information - I am truly impressed at all the information you have crammed into this little book.  I have had a chance to glance at it, and now am taking the time to slowly digest all that it has to offer.  I will be recommending it to my students for many years to come!
